Terms and conditions of purchase
1) Ordering goods
You may make purchases through the Website by selecting products or services and placing your order in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Any order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product or service for the price specified on the Website at the time the order is placed, including any applicable delivery charges, taxes, or other charges.

We currently accept orders for delivery within mainland Australia and Tasmania.
Our delivery and returns policies apply to orders delivered within these areas.

- You are authorised to use the nominated payment method, payment gateway account, credit card, or debit card; and
- Your nominated account, credit card, or debit card has sufficient funds or credit to cover the full cost of the purchase.

2) Returns policy

Goods purchased through the Website may be returned to 3 Josephson Street Fremantle WA 6160.
Before returning a product, please contact us at admin@hightidetabletop.com.au.
Once your returned order has been received and assessed, we will notify the relevant payment provider where applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with the payment provider’s applicable processing requirements.
3) Australian Consumer Law Consumer Guarantee rights
Goods purchased through the Website come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
For goods with a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement.
You may also be entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
For goods that fail to be of acceptable quality where the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.
